UPP PHYSICAL TEST IS DESCRIBED BELOW - 

  1. For Male - 4.8 km in 25 min 
  2. For Female- 2.4 km in 14 min 
  3. Height for Male - OBC- 168 CM : SC - 160 CM 
  4. Height for Female- OBC - 152 CM : SC- 147CM 
  5. Weight for Male - NA 
  6. Weight for Female- 40 kg in both OBC and SC

  • The age limit of male candidates is 18 to 22 years and female candidates is 18 to 25 years

UP Police  Salary- 

UP Police salaries vary as per the nature of the post. Police Constable/Fireman gets a Grade pay of 2000 with a basic salary of Rs. 21700 – Rs.69100. UP Police Head Constable's basic salary is Rs.25,500 – 81,100/-. UP Police Workshop Staff salary is Rs.21700/– 69100/- i.e, the same as a police constable. UP Police Head Operator salary is Rs.35,400/– 1,12,400/- i.e, same as Sub Inspector (SI). UP Police Assistant Operator salary is Rs.25,500/–81,100/- i.e, same as Head Constable.

UP police get many different allowances, bonuses, and other perks. These allowances include - DA, HRA, TA, CCA, Kitty Management, Dress allowances, and extra duty allowances. Apart from allowances police personnel also get a yearly Diwali Bonus, 01-month extra salary, Insurance cover, and NPS contribution 14% basic from govt side.

UP Police  Salary Deductions Details- 

To ensure the bright future of our frontline govt workers, the state govt deduct some amount from their salary. These deductions are 10% Basic for NPS, 12% of Basic for PF, and Rs. 100 per month as Insurance Cover.

UP Police Salary In Hand Per Month- 

In hand salary of UP Police constable, Head Constable, Fireman, Workshop Staff, and UP Police Assistant/Head Operator is more than the basic salary. UP police's in-hand salary is the sum of basic salary, allowance, and subtracting all types of deductions.

UP Police Salary & Constable Promotion- 

The promotion of UP Police constable depends on various factors. If any constable is found involved in any illegal activities or suspended will not be eligible for the promotion. A Police Constable person whose previous work record is good will be promoted in 8-10 years of service as Head Constable. Similarly, if work further in a fair and excellent manner will be again promoted with 15-20 years of service as Sub Inspector.

What is the Total Number of Attempts Permitted for the UP Police  Exam?  

There is no official notification regarding the number of attempts. However, there is an age limit and other criteria the candidates need to meet in order to attend the exam.
