Eligibility Criteria of TGC 136
Nationality-: Candidate should be an indian.
Age limit-: Candidate applying for the TGC 136 should not be less than 20 years and not more than 27 years as of 01-jan-2023
Educational Qualification -: Candidates who passed the engineering degree course are in the final year of the engineering degree.
Candidates studying in the final years of the engineering course should be free from any backlogs in case of any backlogs the candidates will not be allowed to appear for an SSB interview.

Indian Army TGC Recruitment Online Application-
Step 1: Click on the direct link to apply directly for the TGC 136.
Step 2: Post this, and the candidate will land on the Registration page of the Indian Army. Therein the candidates will get two options i.e. Login for existing users and Registration for New users.
Step 3: Click on the Registration button at the bottom of the page in the case of a New User.
Step 4: Next, the candidates have to read all the instructions as mentioned on the page and then click on the continue button. Post this, the registration page will open wherein the candidate has to enter all the info asked i.e. Aadhaar Number, Candidate’s Name, Parent’s Name, Date of Birth, Email Id, and Mobile Number, then click on the Submit button and proceed further.
Step 5: Thereafter, the Apply Online button will be available on the screen that candidates need to click to open the application form of TGC. The application form requires a lot of relevant details i.e. Board of Class 10th, Highest Qualification, Enrolment number, etc.

As per the official notification, there are three commissions for the students who opt for the Indian Army Technical Graduate Course (TGC). The candidates are allotted these commissions on the basis of completion of the training process, seniority etc:
Grant of Commission-
This short service commission is awarded to the candidates who successfully qualify for the probation period for the rank of Lt from the date of commencement of the course or reporting at IMA. In addition to this, the officers are also eligible to receive the pay scale and allowances as admissible to the rank of Lt.
Permanent Commission-
Permanent Commission is granted to those candidates who successfully complete the training period at the IMA, Dehradun.
Ante Date Commission-
The Ante Date Commission is granted to the candidates who complete a 1-year ante date from the date of their commission as a lieutenant.

There are three rounds in the Indian Army TGC selection process and the concerned authorities release the merit list once all the rounds are over. The final merit list is drafted on two factors i.e. marks scored by the candidates in SSB Interview. The merit list will be available only on the official website of the Indian Army and the following steps are useful to download the same:
