CAPF Eligibility
CAPF exam eligibility for CAPF INTERVIEW is decided by UPSC and has specific criteria that candidates must adhere to. Both male and female candidates can fill up the application form for the CAPF INTERVIEW Exam. However, you must check their eligibility before doing so as not fulfilling it may lead to disqualification. Therefore, in order to apply for the CAPF INTERVIEW exam, the candidates must fulfil the below-mentioned CAPF eligibility criteria to proceed further in the recruitment without facing any hurdles.
As per the CAPF age limit criteria, the age of the candidate must not be less than 20 years and must not be more than 25 years. The upper age limit is provided with certain relaxations for reserved categories. Those belonging to the OBC category get an age relaxation of 3 years and for SC/ST, Ex-Servicemen Commissioned Officer, Jammu and Kashmir residents, and Civilian Central Government servants, there is a relaxation of 5 years over the upper age limit.

The written examination of CAPF will comprise two papers and will be bilingual i.e. both in English and Hindi language.

CAPF AC Selection Process
The CAPF selection process comprises the following stages.
The last phase of the interview or personality test will be held for candidates who are found fit and who pass the medical standards test. The UPSC CAPF Selection Process will award 150 points for this step.
It is significant to note that applicants who have been deemed medically incompetent but have been granted permission by the Appellate Authority to appear before the "Review Medical Board" in support of their appeal will also be invited to the final round.
Candidates selected for the interview must obtain the e-summon letter posted on the official website. To download the letter, enter the captcha code and the seven-digit roll number.
Candidates will be regarded as eligible for the interview round and personality test if they pass the medical standards test. A Detailed Application Form will be given to each of these applicants (DAF). The form will require specific information, such as their preferred Forces.
Candidates should make sure that a few things are in order before beginning the DAF form-filling process. During the form-filling procedure, some papers and bits of information will be required. It's crucial to keep them prepared right away.

The documents mentioned above must be scanned in their original copies in 200 dpi greyscale. They must then be converted into a single pdf file up to 2 MB. The PDF file must not be password protected and should be uploaded as part of DAF.
At the time of the interview or within the last day of the interview, candidates will be expected to present the original certificates along with self-attested copies. The candidature will be cancelled if these documents are not submitted in accordance with the requirements.
